ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of two who work hard and genuinely enjoy working together. Weve built a tight office culture where teamwork comes first, and we make it a priority to create a positive, supportive environment.

Outside of the office, I spend a lot of time coaching sports and staying active in the community. Were currently working on partnering with Soles4Souls to provide shoes for kids in need and participate in multiple golf tournaments each year to support local fundraisers. Giving back is important to us, and were always looking for ways to make an impact.

Jason Jackson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
