We are seeking a skilled Welder II to join our production team. In this role, you'll work on a variety of fabrication and welding projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.What You'll DoPerform MIG or TIG welding and fabrication work to AWS 3G/4G standards, including modifications, repairs, and production welding from blueprints and drawings.Fabricate components from raw materials and use hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools to complete assemblies and rework projects.Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, specifications, and detailed work instructions to ensure quality workmanship.Conduct self-inspections, maintain product quality standards, and troubleshoot complex welding and fabrication issues with minimal supervision.Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S practices, and lean manufacturing efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, materials, and other departments to resolve production challenges and meet operational goals.Maintain a clean, safe work environment while consistently meeting production and attendance expectations.Qualifications5+ years of welding and fabrication experience preferred.Ability to pass AWS certification testing (D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.6, and D9.1) with practice time provided prior to testing.Proficient in either MIG or TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.Strong understanding of AWS welding symbols and blueprint reading.Experience setting up, adjusting, and maintaining welding equipment.Basic computer skills and a strong attention to detail.Positive attitude, self-motivated work ethic, and excellent attendance history.Willingness to rotate between welding areas, wear PPE including respirators, and work overtime as needed.Why Join Us?Competitive pay: $24-$26/hourFour-day work week with potential overtime opportunitiesOpportunity to expand certifications and technical skillsTeam-focused environment with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvementStable, hands-on career with opportunities for growthApply today if you're ready to bring your welding expertise to a company that values quality, teamwork, and professional development.Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Ephrata, PA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
