Position Summary
In a deadline-driven environment, this role manages both physical and electronic documents, including file uploads and downloads, digital stamping, high-volume printing, and the preparation, packaging, and shipment of hard-copy transcripts. This role also supports on-site depositions and client service in our client-facing Los Angeles office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce professional-quality copies of transcripts and exhibits; compile, organize, and prepare legal files for shipment.
• Manage exhibits in hard copy and electronic formats, including scanning and uploading to internal databases.
• Print, bind, and mail transcripts according to client specifications.
• Support the Deposition Production team with receiving, organizing, and producing electronic files.
• Partner with internal departments to retrieve and process documents.
• Maintain strict quality control standards for accuracy and completeness.
• Work with management on inventory, supplies, and conference room readiness.
• Greet clients and provide on-site support, including printing and document help during active depositions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Computer and data entry skills, with the technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm, court reporting, or legal support setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with high-volume printing, scanning, and document production equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Schedule and Location

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., includes a one-hour unpaid meal break
• In office: Los Angeles, CA

Compensation and Benefits

• $21.00–$23.00 per hour (approximately $43,680–$47,840 annually)
