Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Connecticut Physical Therapy License
• BLS
• Outpatient experience

Assignment Details

• Variable scheduling options include 5x8s or 4x10s.
• Department hours are Monday and Wednesday 7:30-7, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-6, and Friday 7-3.
• Must stay until 7 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday.
• No weekends, floating or call.
