Maintain the Training Manual and lead training, skill development, and safety initiatives to ensure Operations and Maintenance personnel remain current on procedures, safety standards, and equipment handling in support of reliable, uninterrupted combined‑cycle plant operations. Ensure implementation of the water chemistry program, including sampling, inspections, inventory control, testing equipment, laboratory upkeep, and staff training, to support steam cycle reliability and equipment protection. Coordinate environmental activities across departments to ensure compliance with permits, NAES policies, work rules, and applicable regulations, while training Operations personnel and monitoring regulatory changes.
