Regional Operations ManagerThis position is responsible for managing a regional team within our Logistics division including supervision of personnel across a region, expense management, accountability for financial performance and execution of the talent strategy. This position will work with the Carrier Sales Team, Capacity Procurement Team as well as Logistics Sales and Customer Service Teams to execute the matching of loads to capacity, assuring we move freight that meets customer expectations within our carriers that meet our qualifications while growing our carrier base and building long term relationships.
