HR Compliance Coordinator

to support Human Resources compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements for a growing healthcare organization. This role is responsible for ensuring HR policies, procedures, employee records, and required training meet applicable employment laws and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on HR experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to research, interpret, and communicate regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Participate in and conduct internal HR audits and compliance reviews related to The Joint Commission, FTCA, and HRSA requirements. Monitor and follow up on action items associated with performance improvement plans. Support internal HR audits and other compliance-related initiatives. Ensure employee personnel files and records are maintained in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements. Monitor mandatory training requirements and ensure new hires and existing employees complete required training. Maintain current knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Provide backup support for processing voluntary employee terminations. Review HR data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and adhere to HIPAA requirements. Perform additional HR and compliance-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of

2 years of Human Resources experience

. Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Experience using an HRIS system is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to interpret data, review documentation, and identify potential compliance concerns. Strong research skills and the ability to understand and communicate regulatory requirements. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
