HR Coordinator

Title: HR Coordinator Location: Houston, Texas Type: Contract Hourly Rate: $32.00 - $32.00 / Per Hour Summary This role supports the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and ensures a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities include interview coordination, pre-employment processing, onboarding, reporting, and general recruiting support. The position collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, and contributes to broader Talent and HR initiatives. The Recruiting Coordinator reports to the Sr. Manager of Resourcing. Duties Coordinate and support recruitment activities including screening, interview scheduling, offer generation, data tracking, onboarding, and reporting. Manage the pre-employment process, ensuring completion of documentation, testing, and communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Escalate issues to the Sr. Manager of Resourcing as needed. Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, Office Services, and Hiring Managers to deliver a smooth and timely onboarding experience. Manage and facilitate Day 1 orientation for new hires: partner with other locations to ensure consistent and engaging experience across all sites. Maintain accuracy and completeness of recruiting data and reports; regularly audit tracking tools and documentation. Update processes and documentation in response to organizational changes, new systems, or policy updates. Support HR administrative tasks as needed and maintain records in compliance with company procedures. Participate in Talent and HR projects as assigned. Support mobilization team in facilitating any candidate or employee travel and expenses. Manage referral bonus program. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across recruiting, onboarding, documentation, system data, communications, and reporting. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR department with an emphasis on analysis, administration, and/or reporting. Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy, identify discrepancies, and manage processes with precision. Excellent computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel (creating reports, dashboards, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.). Strong understanding or willingness to learn employment laws and regulations (EEO, FMLA, wage & hour, benefits, document retention, etc.). Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and accountability. High integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Education 4‑year degree in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology or equivalent professional relevant experience required.
