Client Advisor - Aventura

Summary Seeking a part time Client Advisor to join a new store opening in Aventura to drive sales, build and maintain a client book, and deliver exceptional luxury service. The role focuses on meeting individual and store sales targets, supporting store operations, and representing the brand with professionalism and product expertise. Candidates should be customer focused, tech savvy, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals Use product knowledge to maximize sales and average transaction value Capture and maintain customer information in the database Maintain and expand a client book and conduct consistent follow up Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested Assist with general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image Requirements Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales Experience in a luxury retail setting preferred Computer literate and able to learn various software packages Customer service oriented with strong communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
