Client Advisor - Aventura Mall

Summary The Client Advisor will drive sales and build lasting client relationships in a new Aventura store opening. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, growing a personal client book, and supporting day-to-day store operations to maintain a refined store image. Responsibilities Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database and maintain follow up Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes Maintain and expand a client book and manage client shipping and alterations Assist with general housekeeping and uphold the store image Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting Computer literate and able to learn various software packages Candidates with an existing client book strongly preferred Passion for luxury product and appreciation for design Service oriented with strong customer focus and follow up skills Tech savvy; able to use multiple systems and tools Foreign languages are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
