Join us to be part of a team that leverages deep industry insights and strategic leadership to deliver innovation-led transformation through digital, cloud, and AI-first solutions.We are committed to building and nurturing a high-impact partner ecosystem and driving long-term, strategic client relationships.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.Required Skill and Experience• Experience in project management and delivery governance.• Experience in test automation using Selenium - Java.• Experience in API testing and functional automation.• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.• Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement.• Experience in QA and quality engineering practices.• Experience in project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution.• Experience in risk, issue, and dependency management.• Experience in team leadership and people management.• Experience in offshore and onsite delivery model coordination.• Experience in test strategy, test planning, and quality governance.• Experience in status reporting and executive communication.• Experience in automation-led quality transformation initiatives.Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience in telecom domain.• Experience in Robot framework.• Experience in performance testing.• Experience in security testing.• Experience in usability testing.• Experience in test automation concepts and frameworks.• Experience in telecom OSS/BSS platforms.• Experience in network provisioning and mediation systems.• Experience in billing platform testing.• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.• Experience in multi-stakeholder delivery environments.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
