You’ll work full-time, 35 hours per week, with a focus on K-age 26 students in a center-based program.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Physical Therapy license (screenshot required upon submission)
• Demonstrated experience working in school settings involving children and young adults with disabilities
• Expertise in delivering care to students with moderate to severe needs
• Comfortable serving a diverse range of ages from kindergarten to 26 years old
• Able to work onsite for the full duration of the contract
• No PTA supervision or responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct physical therapy services and monitor student progress toward set goals
• Collaborate closely with educational and clinical staff, families, and other service providers
• Create supportive, engaging therapeutic environments for students
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory guidelines
• Act as an advocate for students’ physical and functional needs within the educational setting
