We're looking for a Digital Print Operator to run and maintain our digital press equipment - including Xerox, Kyocera, Canon, and Screen presses. Whether you're a couple years into your print career or you've been running presses for a decade, we have a role and a pay tier for you. Some printing background is required, but you don't need experience on every brand of equipment we run - we'll cross-train you across our full digital fleet.

Job duties include:

- Set up, operate, and monitor digital print equipment to produce high-quality output that meets client specifications

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs to minimize downtime
- Monitor print quality throughout runs and make adjustments to color, registration, and paper handling as needed
- Read and follow job tickets, work orders, and production specs accurately
- Track job progress and materials usage using our production tracking systems
- Coordinate with prepress, finishing, and lettershop teams to keep jobs moving on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe press area

Schedule:

- Monday through Thursday 8am - 5:30pm

- Friday 8am - 12pm

Compensation:

- Base pay can be between $16-$25 hourly depending on experience level.

• Some hands-on printing background required - digital press operation, offset, prepress, or related print production experience
• Experience with any of the following is a plus (we'll train you on the rest): Xerox, Kyocera, Canon, or Screen digital press platforms
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for print quality and color consistency
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Comfort with computer-based job tracking and press control software
• Reliable attendance - production schedules depend on a consistent team

Physical demands and abilities:

• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations
• The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
