About the Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative with Midwest Best Block, you are responsible for:

• Building customer relationships
• Promoting products the company offers
• Generating new sales opportunities
• Securing sales outside of the organization
• Scheduling appointments
• Meeting existing and new customers to review projects, product needs, and conducting sales presentations
• Designing professional presentations of our products and services
• Attending conferences and trade shows
• Updating customers on product changes
• Maintaining accurate account information
• Assisting with expense management and reporting
• Collaborating with management to find effective sales strategies

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Maintain good salesmanship while prioritizing company confidentiality
• Have experience with Microsoft Office products
• Have a sales-oriented mentality
• Be open to constructive criticism and have a willingness to adapt their strategies
• Be a communicative team-player!
