We seek professionals who can expertly manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact and contract to final project sign-off—while balancing the high volume of storm work with the high margin of luxury roofing projects.

THE ROLE: Full-Cycle Territory Ownership

You will be empowered to drive your income by managing your territory and client relationships from start to finish.

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Implement a targeted, professional prospecting approach (including territory canvassing/D2D) to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
• The Full Cycle: You own the entire sales process, from inspection and client education to contract signing.
• High-Value Consulting: Consult with homeowners on both insurance claims (storm restoration) and premium, designer roofing systems (slate, tile, metal).
• Collaboration: Utilize dedicated office support and a superior production team to ensure seamless project delivery and 5-star client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES):

1. Sales Experience: 2+ years of proven success in high-ticket, commission-based, or in-home sales.
2. Field Comfort: Must be comfortable with territory canvassing/D2D and conducting exterior inspections (includes climbing roofs/ladders) as part of the sales process.
3. Professionalism: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to build trust with affluent homeowners and manage complex contracts.
4. Drive: Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and focused on maintaining an elite income target.
5. Logistics: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to work typical sales hours.
