About the Role

Project LeanNation is a health and wellness-focused nutrition store offering macro-balanced prepared meals, protein shakes, healthy snacks, supplements, and body composition support.

As a Sales Associate & Client Wellness Advocate , you’ll help create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll prepare protein shakes, help customers choose products that fit their goals, support InBody scans, and keep the store running smoothly.

No nutrition background is required — we’ll teach you what you need to know. What matters most is that you’re friendly, dependable, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, encouraging experience
• Learn how to support clients with InBody scans, nutrition goals, and progress tracking
• Help customers choose meals, protein shakes, snacks, and supplements
• Prepare fresh protein shakes with consistency and care
• Process purchases using our POS system
• Stock refrigerators, organize products, and receive deliveries
• Keep the store and shake bar clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Assist with opening, closing, and other daily store responsibilities
• Lift and move products weighing approximately 10–50 lbs as needed
