This full-time position allows for remote work while being part of an established psychiatric outpatient office. • Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, taking into account relevant medical history that may influence mental well-being.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical conditions while ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to patient needs to foster growth and recovery.

• Work closely with our medical partners to guarantee that our patients receive coordinated and effective care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and mental health support during emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses to patients' needs.

• Educate patients regarding the interplay between mental health and physical health, empowering them to take an active role in managing their conditions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to uphold the integrity of patient care.

• Actively participate in team meetings, interdisciplinary case conferences, and collaborative care planning to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Remain informed on current research, best practices, and advancements in integrated mental health care and apply this knowledge to clinical practice.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated experience in managing mental health needs in patients with co-occurring medical disorders.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communicative skills, enabling productive interactions with patients and family members.
\n
• Ability to uphold professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other relevant technology to facilitate effective patient care.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is required.
