About the team: This team leads Portfolio Management for People Tech & Services, managing operating cadence, communications, and engagement to ensure alignment and efficient execution. Responsibilities include planning business reviews, coordinating leadership meetings and offsites, and driving team-wide communications. The team emphasizes program management, chief of staff support, and developing internal tools to enhance operations across technology teams. It promotes collaboration across functions to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement, enabling the organization to meet strategic goals effectively while maintaining operational excellence. Associate engagement, communications, and events are also key focus areas. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
