FamilyWell Health is seeking a Head of People to build and scale the people function as the first full-time leader. You will shape HR infrastructure, compliance, and talent processes to support rapid growth across states, while partnering with the executive team on org design and culture. You will design compensation, manage a mixed W-2/1099 workforce, and implement scalable HRIS and policies. This is a distributed role with occasional in-person collaboration and a focus on equity, access, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Openkrill
