Talent Partner & People Ops Builder (Startup)
POGO
Pogo is hiring its first Talent Partner to establish the people function as the company scales. You will own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, design, GTM, and other functions, while shaping onboarding, reviews, and people programs. You’ll partner with founders and hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, and implement efficient processes. This is an on-site, hands-on role with room to grow into broader People leadership as Pogo expands. #J-18808-Ljbffr POGO
