Summary

To ensure efficient coordination and execution of the order management process, ensuring accuracy in operations, compliance with deadlines, and quality customer service, aiming to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. To optimize order fulfillment and inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products, exceeding customer expectations and satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsabilities

• Coordinate and implement actions aimed at the health and safety of our professionals and respect for the environment, in order to promote a healthy, safe and environmentally responsible work environment.
• Ensure compliance with the general budget, looking for the company's sustainable growth and leadership in market share Serve as the primary point of contact for Tigre's rep agencies and customers, providing timely updates on order status, lead times, and inventory availability.
• Manage customer expectations by prioritizing urgent orders, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience Coordinate with sales and other departments to align on customer needs, address concerns, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures for order management processes to ensure consistency and efficiency Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the order-to-cash process and implement corrective actions
• Leverage technology to automate manual tasks and improve data accuracy. Collaborate with IT to implement new systems or upgrades to enhance order management capabilities Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts
• Collaborate with the planning team to develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels Implement inventory control measures such as cycle counting and ABC analysis to improve accuracy and reduce costs Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather accurate sales forecasts and customer demand information
• Develop and implement forecasting methodologies to predict future sales trends and patterns.
• Analyze historical sales data to identify trends, seasonality, and other factors influencing demand Prepare and communicate sales forecasts to relevant stakeholders, including the S&OP process

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or a similar role.

• Experience in analyzing commercial KPIs and driving process improvements.

• Ability to manage and report on performance metrics.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, manufacturing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.

• Previous experience in the plumbing and irrigation systems industry.

• Familiarity with SAP and other ERP s

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlikview, Qliksense) is mandatory.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., SCRUM).

• Understanding of demand planning and sales forecasting principles.
