Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, allowing for clear metrics of client progress.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, assisting clients through immediate challenges and managing complex cases with diligence and care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to clinic policies and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and physicians, to support comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Evara, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges. Clients may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our approach is to meet clients where they are, providing support that respects their unique healing journeys and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• An active Tennessee LCSW license, or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of employment.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Evara Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary between $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan; paid time off; and support for Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Our clinicians are also eligible to receive performance-based incentives, further enhancing compensation opportunities.
