We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist who is creative, organized, and passionate about helping businesses succeed. Unlike many agencies where roles are narrowly defined, this position plays an active role in many aspects of the marketing process—from strategy and client meetings to campaign development and implementation.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and seeing their work directly impact client success.

Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with our team and clients to develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role includes both creative and strategic responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working on a wide range of marketing projects.

You will be involved in client communication, marketing strategy development, and hands-on execution of marketing services including website design, social media management, digital marketing, graphic design, email marketing, analytics, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Client Collaboration

• Participate in client meetings to understand business goals and marketing needs
• Assist in developing customized marketing strategies for clients
• Provide updates and communicate project progress with clients and team members

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development

• Contribute ideas and recommendations for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Help develop integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms

Creative & Digital Marketing Implementation

• Assist with website design and updates (WordPress experience is a plus)
• Create graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns
• Manage and schedule social media content
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Support video and multimedia marketing projects

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor marketing campaign performance
• Analyze website traffic, social media insights, and campaign metrics
• Provide reports and insights to help optimize marketing efforts

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Portfolio demonstrating design or marketing work
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute ideas

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with WordPress website design
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms
• Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics
• Video editing or multimedia content creation experience

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to sit for periods up to 8 hours per day.
• Able to speak and hear clearly while communicating with staff and leadership.
• Dexterity in hands and fingers to operate computer and other equipment.
• Must have average vision and be able to read reports and operate office equipment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs.
