Mechanical Assembler 4-Day Workweek | Up to $22.50/hr | Annual Bonus Opportunity TOPS Staffing is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing company in Irwin, PA. If you enjoy hands-on work, have good mechanical aptitude, and like building quality products, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with long-term career potential.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4 x 10-hour schedule)
• Overtime available on Fridays
• Pay: $20.00 - $22.50/hour, based on experience
• Bonus Opportunity: Once hired by the company, production employees are eligible for an annual performance bonus that has exceeded $6,000 per year.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble industrial ball valves and mechanical components
• Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools including wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, and torque tools
• Inspect parts during assembly to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints or assembly drawings
• Experience using common hand and power tools
• Dependable work history and excellent attendance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Physical Requirements:
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail
• Lift and move components as needed
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures
