Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$1933.92/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health management.

  Qualifications:

• Hold a valid active RN license in the state of practice.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent ED nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records.
• Be CPR, ACLS, and NIH certified; PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications preferred.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including 3×12 night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass a required EKG compliance exam (2 attempts allowed).
