Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days per 6-week schedule | Holidays as needed | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ED patients across the acuity spectrum
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float to other campus locations within the health system as needed
• Adhere to facility policies including zero-tolerance standards for tardiness and unexcused absences

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed, required for all RNs regardless of specialty)
• Current driver's license required; candidates must reside beyond a 50-mile radius of the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CPI, PALS, and/or TNCC certifications preferred
• Previous experience as a Charge RN preferred
• Level 2 Trauma experience preferred
