We are hiring an experienced Onsite Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts from the ground level. This position plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring high-caliber aerospace professionals across engineering, manufacturing, and support roles. The ideal candidate brings aerospace industry experience and is comfortable working directly onsite in a fast-paced, production environment. NO AGENCIES or VISA sponsorship available. NOT open to Remote. Direct Hire, Onsite Only.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract top aerospace talent, including direct sourcing, job boards, professional networks, industry events, and technical schools.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conduct candidate interviews and facilitate technical interviews with department leads.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, reference checks, and onboarding paperwork.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to HR Director and leadership.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice within the aerospace community.
• Attend career fairs, trade shows, and recruiting events relevant to the aerospace industry.
• Assist in refining job descriptions and posting strategies to increase applicant quality and volume.
• Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development for future hiring needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ year in aerospace or aviation manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of aerospace-related roles, certifications, and candidate profiles.
• Must have experience hiring aerospace engineers and understanding the technical requirements of engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract hard-to-find technical talent.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing or technical environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for FAA-certified roles, A&P mechanics, or composite technicians.
• Familiarity with EEO, OFCCP, and other compliance requirements in hiring.
• PHR or SHRM certification
