Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with a proven track record of driving aggressive market expansion and scaling businesses at or above the $500M revenue threshold. The ideal candidate will transform our Company strategy and lead our next phase of high-velocity growth. This includes broader accountability for Company performance and strategic direction of the business, as well as ownership of the key levers that drive growth and profitability. The role will report directly into the CEO, with close collaboration across the entire business. This is a high-impact leadership role suited to a seasoned leader with a strong track record of scaling businesses and delivering sustainable growth and success. The successful candidate role requires day-to-day, face-to-face collaboration and team building. They will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy during a period of active expansion, including the acquisitions and ongoing integration of businesses. This role would suit a dynamic, game-changing leader with deep operational knowledge of consumer products, specifically in wholesale Apparel & Accessories, and a strong sense of urgency to drive the business forward. This is a hands-on, commercially focused executive role for a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, build a clear path to growth and execute at pace. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of revenue growth across the group’s established categories of businesses. Define and execute a scalable growth strategy aligned to the company’s expansion objectives. Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with broader Company goals. Identify and convert new market opportunities and revenue streams, particularly across eCommerce and Amazon channels. Build and optimize Company frameworks across merchant and operational functions. Own end-to-end commercial value chain. Establish a high-performance culture focused on delivery, accountability and results. Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term strategic direction and business planning. Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies across multiple regions and channels. management and performance tracking. Experience Proven leader with a track record of building successful businesses; turnaround experience is a strong advantage. Strong commercial understanding across both merchant and operational functions, with particular strength in the merchant mindset. Visionary thinker who can define strategy, identify the scale of the opportunity and quickly build and execute a clear path to growth. Strong e-commerce and Amazon expertise, with a deep understanding of how to drive growth through these channels. Experience in licensed products would be an advantage but is not essential. The ability to balance big-picture thinking and practical execution, while being strategic and commercially astute. Hands-on, energetic and action-oriented, with a bias toward delivery. An entrepreneurial mindset, high urgency and a relentless drive to push the business forward. Strong communicator with the confidence to engage clearly and effectively at all levels. Collaborative and relationship-focused, able to work well with internal teams and external stakeholders. Organized, process-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Data-literate and commercially sharp, with the ability to use insight to inform decisions. Self-motivated, resilient and proactive, with a genuine drive to grow revenue and deliver results.
