About the Job:

We are hiring a Personal Injury Paralegal in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and have personal injury paralegal experience . This role supports attorneys throughout the personal injury litigation process and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through litigation.
• Communicate with clients in Spanish and English.
• Assist attorneys with case management and litigation preparation.
• Prepare and organize medical records, demands, and case documents.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate case files and notes.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and internal staff.
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English – required.
• Personal injury paralegal experience – required.
• Paralegal Certificate or associate degree – required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• FileVine experience preferred but not required.
