About our Agency:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2024 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Before making the move to State Farm, I was a Farmers Insurance agent, and prior to that, I worked as a District Manager for Verizon Wireless. With an extensive background in retail, sales, and leadership, I’ve spent much of my career building teams, developing people, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

Staying connected to our community is important to us. Our agency is very active with local high school groups through sponsorships and enjoys partnering with other local businesses to support the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employment and specific job responsibilities are contingent upon successfully completing all applicable licensing, registration, background, and compliance requirements.
