Your Responsibilities - Dive In

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, following established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare them for testing when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to upholding laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Retention of current certification throughout your tenure.
