Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—while adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure result accuracy through thorough analysis, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, train new team members or students, and help uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
