Job Summary:
At Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Skilled Nursing Facility ALTCS/HMO Billing Specialist to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes, while maintaining a dedication to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Billing Specialist : Accurately and efficiently process and submit claims for services rendered to Medicaid and HMO entities, adhering to strict deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Data Integrity : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient billing information, insurance coverage, and appeals.
Communication : Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
Compliance : Stay current with industry regulations and changes in insurance policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
Teamwork : Work closely with the billing team to ensure seamless integration with other departments, including admissions, therapy, and medical records.
Requirements:
Skilled Nursing Facility Billing Experience : Familiarity with Medicaid and HMO billing processes, as well as experience with electronic billing systems.
Accurate Data Entry : Excellent data entry skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Effective Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
