Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Collaborative team player with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments. In This Role You Will Prepare Accounting & Operations Reports. Process high-volume data entry, review, and reconcile invoices. Identify and remedy invoice discrepancies as needed. Organize and documentation of all payments and expenditures. Assist with vendor inquiries and compliance. Assist with utility account setup and account maintenance. Assist with 1099 Preparation and year end processing.
