BrightStar Care is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth and evolution for one of the nation's leading home care brands. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this newly created role will serve as the senior marketing leader for a network of more than 230 franchise owners operating over 430 locations across the United States. The SVP of Marketing will lead a newly redesigned marketing organization responsible for brand strategy, demand generation, marketing operations, franchisee marketing enablement, and AI-assisted marketing innovation. This leader will oversee the continued development of the marketing function while helping the organization leverage emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, scalability, and local market support. Beyond leading the internal team, the SVP will serve as a key partner to BrightStar Care's franchise owners, helping ensure that marketing investments drive measurable business results while building confidence in the company's long-term marketing strategy. This role is well suited for a marketing executive who enjoys building teams, leading through change, balancing strategy with execution, and working closely with stakeholders across a large franchise network.

Partner Directly with Executive Leadership
As a member of the senior leadership team, you'll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and executive peers to shape enterprise strategy and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For
You are a transformational marketing leader who embraces technology, innovation, and change and have successfully led marketing organizations through growth, modernization, or digital transformation and understand how AI can enhance—not replace—great marketing.
You Bring:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Experience leading integrated marketing organizations
- A track record of building high-performing teams
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing technology
- Experience driving organizational transformation and change management
- Passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to create competitive advantage
Preferred Experience
- Franchise or multi-location businesses (Highly preferred)
- Healthcare, home care, senior care, or other trust-based service industries
- AI adoption, marketing operations modernization, or digital transformation initiatives
- Private equity-backed or high-growth organizations
