Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at our location in Fort Worth, TX. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and completing maintenance and repair work. The role will involve industrial maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

• Strong skills in maintenance and repair work

• Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices

• Ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues

• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus

• Relevant certifications or vocational training in maintenance-related fields

• Preferred experience with food manufacturing and packaging equipment
