We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing service team here a Great Lakes Honda Short Pump. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience by scheduling service appointments, coordinating communication, and helping keep our service department running smoothly.

• Answer incoming service calls professionally and courteously
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule customer service appointments
• Make outbound calls to customers for appointment reminders, declined services, maintenance follow-ups, and recall campaigns
• Review daily appointment schedules and ensure proper appointment flow
• Gather accurate customer and vehicle information
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and management regarding appointment availability and scheduling needs
• Assist customers with basic service inquiries and direct complex concerns to the appropriate team member
• Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership management system
• Monitor voicemail, online appointment requests, emails, and text communications
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
• Support service department initiatives and customer retention efforts

• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and dealership software

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Automotive dealership or customer service experience preferred
• CDK experience is a plus , but not required
• Previous appointment scheduling, BDC, call center, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as business needs require
