Director, US HCP Marketing - Lupus

Biogen seeks a Director of US HCP Marketing for Lupus to lead healthcare provider strategy and execution across personal promotion, non-personal channels, peer programming, and conferences. This senior role shapes integrated marketing initiatives while managing teams and cross-functional partnerships to support potential lupus product launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated US HCP strategy and launch plan for lupus programs
- Lead creation of HCP messaging architecture, creative platforms, and branded campaigns
- Oversee personal and non-personal promotion strategy across multiple channels and digital platforms
- Design peer-to-peer programming, speaker strategy, and conference presence aligned with business goals
- Manage HCP marketing team, set priorities, and foster high-performance culture
Requirements
- Senior marketing leadership experience with launch planning and HCP strategy
- Strong scientific and commercial judgment in pharmaceutical or life-science marketing
- Expertise in omnichannel promotion strategy across digital, personal, and non-personal channels
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing marketing teams
- Experience managing complex budgets, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and influence skills across organizational levels
- Deep understanding of healthcare professional needs and market research analysis
