Appointment Setter

Overview As an Appointment Setter/Sales Development Rep you will be a key contributor to our enterprise‑wide sales initiative. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in our industry. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers. This is a full‑time in‑office role based in Surprise. Responsibilities Take ownership of nurturing and cultivating relationships with prospects throughout their entire journey, from initial contact to post‑sale support. Create a well‑structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for the sales team. Employ various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets utilizing outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead‑generation techniques. Effectively communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services. Utilize provided scripts and talking points for both initiating and receiving phone calls. Proactively make 8‑10 outbound calls per hour with the primary objective of scheduling sales appointments. Utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date data. Stay up‑to‑date with all ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions, aligning efforts with marketing initiatives to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion. Regularly track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements. Be receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success. Ensure complete customer satisfaction by helping to proactively manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure total department symbiosis and ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale. VinSolutions experience is a huge plus. Qualifications Clear and concise written and verbal communication. Results‑driven and motivated for sales. Excellent customer service. Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals. Ability to multi‑task while demonstrating strong organizational skills. Prior CRM experience and being very computer‑savvy. Previous sales experience a plus. May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Bilingual (Spanish speakers) is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The approximate total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $35,000 - $55,000 or more. This is a variable pay role with uncapped variable pay.
