Job Description We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Culinary Team. Uccello’s has a fast paced kitchen offering award winning Italian Family Recipes to our Guests in a relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who want to join our Uccello’s Family and help us continue our growing success. Job Duties include: Knowing and compiling consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Chef or manager-on-duty. Location: Grandville, MI Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive Requirements The successful applicant will: Have previous experience working in a high volume kitchen Availability on weekends (mandatory) Flexible scheduling 2+ years of cooking experience Be able to excel in a guest and team-oriented environment Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
