About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their mission-driven, community health environment. The CTO will be responsible for ensuring that the technology environment reliably, securely, and effectively supports clinical care delivery, staff operations, and organizational sustainability and innovation. This executive leadership role involves developing and maintaining a multi-year technology strategy aligned with the company's mission, clinical priorities, and financial realities. The CTO will also oversee technology governance, risk management, and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and developing technology organizations, with a strong understanding of healthcare technology risk, privacy, and security requirements. They should be adept at managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational accountability, and have experience with large-scale IT ecosystems, including electronic health records and cloud services. The CTO will work closely with the Board of Directors, executive leadership, clinical leaders, and operational teams to foster a technology environment that enhances, rather than hinders, care delivery. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology, including senior leadership roles, is essential.
