In this highly technical role, you will take ownership of PCB and PCBA quality throughout the product lifecycle. You will act as the in‑house PCB technical expert, supporting engineering, manufacturing, NPI, and supplier quality activities while driving root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with design engineers, suppliers, quality teams, and manufacturing leadership to improve yields, reduce defects, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure products meet both customer and industry quality standards. This role would suit a Senior Engineer or Manager looking to take ownership of a critical technical quality position within a growing and technically advanced business.
