Divine & Associates Children's Health Care System is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional therapy services through remote telehealth sessions. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work closely with clients navigating trauma and resilience, primarily using advanced therapeutic techniques.

Work Environment\nThis remote position allows for a flexible work setting, enabling you to conduct therapy across various platforms while ensuring a work-life balance. We operate seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, providing ample opportunity to tailor your schedule to meet both client and personal needs.
Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor within our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and determine suitable treatment strategies. \n
- Developing and implementing customized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, ensuring a focus on building resilience in clients. \n
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). \n
- Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, supporting clients in processing trauma and equipping them with effective coping mechanisms. \n
- Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for all clients. \n
- Offering crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate alleviation of distress. \n
- Educating clients and their families regarding trauma responses and available support resources. \n
- Maintaining thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical obligations. \n
- Participating in case consultations and team meetings geared towards enhancing trauma-informed care practices. \n
- Keeping current with the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy. \n
Your expertise in trauma-informed care will be essential as you work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma. The goal is to facilitate effective healing processes through empathetic engagement and expert therapeutic techniques. Our practice is centered around building trust, ensuring that clients feel understood and supported at every interaction.
Qualifications\nTo excel in this role, candidates must possess:

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LPCC in California. \n
While we require a minimum experience level, candidates with the following backgrounds will be given preference:

- Two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting. \n
- Proven knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-focused treatment modalities. \n
- Experience providing therapy in a telehealth format is highly advantageous. \n
The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits include:
