Educate patients and their families to ensure consistent progress outside the clinical environment.

Occasionally assist in inpatient evaluations and therapies, guaranteeing comprehensive and continuous care throughout each individual's recovery process.

Document patient progress and treatment plans diligently, adhering strictly to all state, federal, and organizational standards.

Engage in continual education opportunities to remain informed on the latest advancements within the field and foster collaborative discussions with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first month of employment.

Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches suitable for all demographics, accompanied by a thorough understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
