The Human Resources Administration Intern reports to the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) team and is responsible for providing administrative support to employees in the areas of People Services and Global Mobility. Responsibilities

Engage in continuous improvement efforts to better assist HR teams and standardize new and existing policies Assist with digitization and standardization efforts in the HR function. As directed, provides support for assigned processes, including, but not limited to: I-9 Compliance Management Payroll Compliance Management HR-related invoicing and purchase requests Mobile Device Administration Partnership with facilities management to complete front desk administration duties Other duties as assigned Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communication or related field. Available for on-site responsibilities 3 days per week Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills Results orientation with strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a multicultural organization International mindset, strong analytical skills Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
