The NEW Hampton Inn in East Peoria is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Front Desk Agent who is flexible and available to work a variety of both 1st and 2nd shift (as business needs require). If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a flexible schedule, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities: Welcome guests with friendly, professional service Check guests in and out Answer phones and assist with reservations Respond to guest questions and requests Process payments and maintain accurate records Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional guest experience Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable and punctual Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available to work both 1st and 2nd shift, including weekends and holiday Experience: Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
