About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President / Project Executive to spearhead its U.S. Military construction expansion in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, particularly in U.S. Military construction. This role is pivotal in providing executive leadership for U.S. Federal construction pursuits and awarded projects, supporting business development, and leading project delivery from preconstruction to closeout. Key responsibilities include establishing project execution strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing project financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both horizontal and vertical construction, with a focus on airfield infrastructure and facilities construction on military installations. Applicants for this role at The Company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, although this is preferred rather than mandatory. The position requires a candidate with a strong background in NAVFAC and USACE, and experience with Air Force clients is highly valued. The role demands excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel frequently across the UK and Europe. A willingness to potentially relocate to the UK as the company's international workload expands is also necessary. The Vice President / Project Executive will be instrumental in helping to establish and grow the company's long-term Federal construction presence in the region, making this a significant opportunity for a senior construction executive with the right experience and leadership capabilities.
