Attend 1 ACC meeting per month, starting at 5:00 PM in the home office; present applications to the Committee and notify applicants of approval or denial. Patrol through the Communities and issue property violations through the Vantaca GPS system. This community has 1842 homeowners mainly in single family homes and in 15 different communities. Develop a schedule to inspect each individual property every 2 weeks. Supervise the activities of the Janitorial custodian (ability to speak Spanish a plus) Check out the 3 Gated Communities to determine if all components are functioning properly Attend one Board of Governors meeting per month, starting at 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM at the Middle School Inspect Irrigation flow meters and record usage once a month English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
