Senior Recruiter: Lead Hiring for a Fast-Growth FinTech

Arch

Arch, a Series B fintech in New York City, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead searches across the company and own complex, leadership‑level hires. You will work with executives to shape hiring strategy and scale recruiting processes for rapid growth. You’ll partner with senior leaders, build strong pipelines, and coach interview teams while mentoring junior teammates in a fast‑paced environment.
