Robbins Middle School General Description The Monitor ensures the physical safety and behavioral regulation of students across campus. The Monitor role requires frequent physical movement, continuous patrolling and rapid response to emerging incidents or emergency situations. The monitor is responsible for supervising student behavior and engaging students in restorative learning in partnership with the school's administrators. The Monitor also supports initiatives related to positive school culture and climate. Qualifications Candidate should hold a high school diploma or college level degree Candidate should demonstrate the ability to communicate with students while maintaining order with large student groups Candidate should possess the stamina and physical capability to stand, walk, climb stairs for extended periods of time Consideration will be given to the following References that indicate the candidate possesses the skills required for this position.
